Overview

Optiflux® Web Services is a SaaS platform developed by CESAM to simplify, monitor and secure all flows processed through the Optiflux® system.
Fully hosted and operated by CESAM, the platform requires no software installation and ensures high levels of security, availability and performance.

Simplicity and efficiency

Optiflux® Web Services is accessible directly through a standard web browser and operates as a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution.
No software installation or local maintenance is required.

All EDI file encryption and decryption processes are fully managed by the platform, eliminating the need for users to handle security keys.

The interface enables users to:

  • Send and receive statements, reports, dispatches, premiums and financial accounts

  • Create, view, validate or reject flows

  • Track the transmission of flows to recipients

  • Search for sent or received documents

  • Import or export flows in EDI or Excel formats

  • Print documents or export them in PDF format

  • Monitor flow status through integration with Optiflux® Tracking


Security and reliability

Optiflux® Web Services ensures a high level of security for all data exchanges:

  • Secure HTTPS connection using a personal certificate issued by CESAM

  • All flows processed on secure servers

  • Datacenter hosting with redundancy to guarantee service availability

  • Daily database backups retained for 30 days

  • User certificate installation completed in just a few minutes

  • Fast validation and transmission of EDI flows to recipients


Deployment process

The implementation of Optiflux® Web Services follows three key steps:

  1. User certificate request
    An active Optiflux® account is required. Each user is issued a unique personal certificate.

    Certificate requests must include user details and a technical contact.

    Certificates are valid for two years. Passwords are sent directly to users for security reasons.

  2. Certificate installation
    Certificates must be installed on user workstations. This simple operation is described in the official procedure.

  3. First login
    Upon first login, users are required to change their password.
    Passwords must then be renewed every 90 days.
